National Women in Business Conference unites professionals and exceptional students from across the country in the beautiful city of Montreal. NWBC Conference aims to inspire and empower aspiring business leaders to be curious and involved in the wide range of opportunities and careers available to them in the business world. Throughout the day, you will be actively engaging with current leaders in various industries. The event consists of a conference, featuring three keynote speakers and various functional panels and workshops, and is followed by a networking cocktail in the evening. Caroline Losson joined Keurig Canada as Vice President Marketing in May 2016. In her current role, she manages a broad brand
portfolio (over 35 brands), including Keurig, Van Houtte and Timothy’s; Consumer insights and innovation team as well as communications and
sustainability efforts. Prior to joining Keurig, Losson spent 6 years at Agropur Dairy Cooperative in a similar role. In 2015, Strategy
magazine awarded her a Marketer of Year award for her accomplishments repositioning the Natrel brand portfolio, particularly Natrel Lactose
Free and Natrel Organic, moving those brands to number 1 position in Canada. In 2015, Natrel was voted most trusted dairy brand by Canadian
consumers according to the Gustafson Brand Trust Index. She also concluded a strategic partnership with Java U which led to the successful
opening of the Natrel Milk Bar in Montreal. A second milk bar opened the following year in Toronto. Prior to Agropur, Caroline Losson was
Brand Director at Molson-Coors where she managed most Molson brands for the Québec market place. This followed a 3 year position at Coca-cola,
where she held a marketing position in the Field operations. Losson started her career in the entertainment business at the Just for laughs
Festival in Montreal.
She holds a Bachelor in Administration (BAA) and a Master in Science (MSc.) in marketing from HEC. She currently sits on the board of two non for profit organizations and is a frequent industry speaker and award judge.

She started her career in export for the Provincial and Federal Government and then migrated toward financing and venture capital. In 2011 she joined BDC, where as Director, Corporate Financing, she provides innovative solutions adapted to the entrepreneurs’ reality.
Driven by the desire to make a difference, Nancy Goudreau is successfully involved in many networks notably the Quebec Women Business Network as a board member and President of the Advisory Committee for the Economic Development for Women Entrepreneurs program for the past 6 years.

Roula Zaarour is currently the Chief Operating Officer of Real Ventures, Canada’s largest early-stage venture capital that backs tech start-ups and builds ecosystems. Her mandate is to help grow the firm and lay the groundwork and platforms for further success. Prior to her current role, she was Vice-President, People & Culture at CBC/Radio-Canada where she led the Corporation's human resources and labour relation services through a major restructuring plan. She also spent close to 6 years in South America as Vice-President of Business Transformation of the Argentinean airline Aerolineas Argentinas, where she led the implementation of the company's transformation plan, and as a Senior Advisor at Matlin Patterson Global Advisors LLC, an American private equity firm, where she developed and led the execution of the restructuring plans for the distressed investments. Roula had also occupied senior management positions at the International Air Transport Association (IATA) and Air Canada. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Lebanese American University in Beirut and an MBA from John Molson School of Business.

While she has a passion for exploring the world, Laurence has had to slow down her travels, as she now has two little girls (1 and 4 years old) who keep her quite busy at home!

Kailee has strong expertise in project management, analytics, and business transformation. In order to specialize further in the Cybersecurity space, Kailee has since developed skills in the Information Security Governance and Identity and Access Management practice.
